In 2009 Marston’s Pedigree undertook a major packaging transformation to create a strong visual identity, based on the brand’s partnership with the England Cricket team. This coincided with the successful 2009 Ashes Test cricket series.
Marston’s Pedigree developed its colour coding to be in line with the classic white of English cricket. The developed red, white and gold colours provide added standout, visibility and quality which have helped improve performance in the Off Trade by over a third and kept it level in a declining On Trade.
